MyCare4U

MyCare4U is a registered NDIS provider offering person-centred disability support across Hume City and Melbourne’s north. From our Mickleham office, available by appointment, we work with participants, families and support coordinators to understand individual goals, routines, preferences and the assistance that may be suitable.

Our supports include assistance with daily living and life skills, household tasks, personal activities, community participation, life-stage transitions and innovative community participation. We also provide culturally responsive support and aim to communicate respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds.

Support planning should be practical and personal. We discuss what matters to each participant, how they prefer their support to be delivered and how assistance can fit around everyday life. Whether someone is exploring services, changing providers or planning their next steps, our team can discuss current availability and the referral process.

MyCare4U also provides free online NDIS tools designed to make planning information easier to use. These include resources for estimating rosters and costs, preparing a care plan and finding NDIS support items and prices. Participants, families and support coordinators can access these tools through the MyCare4U website.
